One of the biggest causes of injury is training error, doing too much to soon.
One way to prevent ourselves from doing too much to soon is to
measure our chronic acute workload ratio. This is a simple way of estimating your level of fatigue and how prepared your body is for exercise.
We have developed a chronic acute workload calculator. All you do is input your effort level or heart rate and the duration of your workout and the calculator will tell you your acute and chronic workload. It will also help you set your weekly exercise goals by setting a safe workload zone in which to work.
